About these terms

These terms apply when you purchase The Live Build or Website Care from Jadon Bellot (“I”, “me” or “my”). The service is offered for business purposes. By paying or asking me to begin work, you confirm that you have authority to purchase for the named business.

Sales questions can be sent to sales@jadonbellot.com. Questions about an active service, cancellations or complaints should be sent to support@jadonbellot.com.

02

The Live Build service

The standard package is a one-page business website containing up to five main sections. It includes a 90–120-minute collaborative build session, AI-assisted copy and structure, mobile optimisation, a contact form, domain connection, launch support, essential policy-page templates, one consolidated round of minor amendments and access to the completed website after approval and full payment.

Additional pages, ecommerce, complex integrations, custom applications, branding, photography, extensive copywriting, migration and work outside the agreed scope require a separate quote.

03

Payment options

You may pay £247 upfront or pay a £50 booking and preparation deposit followed by £247 on the build day, for a total of £297. The outstanding balance must be paid no later than the start of the scheduled session.

The £50 portion covers reserving the session and reasonable preparation based on your intake. Prices exclude third-party charges such as hosting, domains, paid software and mailbox subscriptions unless expressly stated.

04

Preparation and your responsibilities

You must submit a complete intake form and the requested materials at least 72 hours before the session. You are responsible for ensuring that information, claims, photographs, logos and other materials you provide are accurate and that you have permission to use them.

You must attend from a suitable computer with reliable internet and have access to relevant domain, hosting and business accounts. If the intake is late or incomplete, I may reschedule the session or limit the build to the information available.

05

AI-assisted working

AI-assisted tools may be used to organise your answers and prepare draft copy, structure, policies or marketing content. I review customer-facing outputs before publication. Do not submit passwords, payment details, health information or unnecessary confidential personal information through the intake.

06

Rescheduling and non-attendance

You may reschedule once without charge by giving at least 48 hours’ notice. A request made 24–48 hours before the session may require a £50 rescheduling fee. A request made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend within 15 minutes, may require a £100 fee before another full live session is reserved.

If you paid in full and supplied a complete intake, I may use the reserved time to build asynchronously and provide a private preview instead. Genuine emergencies may be considered at my discretion. Any replacement session must normally take place within 30 days.

07

Approval, refunds and cancellations

If you paid £247 upfront, completed the intake, attended the session and do not approve the website, I will refund £197. The £50 booking and preparation portion is retained to reflect the reserved time and work undertaken. You will not receive website files, access, ownership or permission to use the rejected work.

If you cancel before work begins, any amount retained will be limited to reasonable losses and work already completed. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where consumer cancellation rights apply, they take priority over these terms.

08

Amendments and acceptance

The package includes one consolidated round of minor amendments submitted within seven calendar days of delivery. Minor amendments are adjustments to existing copy, images, colours or layout that do not materially change the agreed structure or functionality.

New sections, redesigned concepts, new functionality or repeated revision rounds are additional work. If you do not respond within seven days after delivery and the website materially matches the agreed scope, I may treat the work as accepted and close the project.

09

Ownership and third-party services

Ownership of the bespoke website work and administrative access transfers after full payment and approval. I retain ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable methods and components, while granting you the rights needed to operate the website.

You remain responsible for third-party terms, licences and fees. Hosting and the domain should normally be held in your own account. I may receive an affiliate commission from a recommended provider; this does not increase the price you pay.

10

Business email setup

The optional £30 setup covers configuration and testing of one professional mailbox, required DNS changes and connection to one device or email application. It excludes the mailbox subscription, migration of existing messages, additional mailboxes, multiple-device configuration and any guarantee that messages will never be filtered as spam.

One-mailbox setup is included at no extra service charge with Website Care.

11

Website Care

Website Care is available at £100 per month or £600 per year. It includes technical maintenance, routine backups and security checks, analytics and Search Console setup, one-mailbox business email setup and up to two minor edit requests per month. Each request should normally require no more than 30 minutes and unused requests do not roll over.

The target response or completion time for minor requests is five working days, not a guaranteed deadline. Monthly plans continue until cancelled before the next billing date. Annual plans renew yearly unless cancelled before renewal. Fees already paid are not normally refunded for a current billing period, subject to applicable rights and any failure by me to provide the service.

12

Availability and liability

I will provide the services with reasonable care and skill. I cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party hosting, email delivery, search rankings, enquiry volumes, sales or results outside my reasonable control.

Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that restriction, my total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service. Neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

13

Ending the agreement and complaints

Either party may end the agreement where the other commits a serious breach and does not remedy it within a reasonable period after written notice. I may pause work for non-payment, abusive behaviour, unlawful content or failure to provide essential cooperation.

Please send complaints to support@jadonbellot.com. I will aim to acknowledge them within five working days and work towards a practical resolution.

14

General

If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. These terms and the agreed written scope form the agreement between us.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply elsewhere.
