A few weeks ago, I offered to build 10 websites for free. A comment I left on @refusetoquit received over 150 likes. Some of those websites are now live. Seeing business owners finally have a website they’re proud to share made me want to help more people take that step.
A good website shouldn’t feel out of reach because you don’t have a big budget. I’ve made the starting point faster, but you’ll still work directly with me. First we talk, then I show you what your site could look like — before you decide to pay anything.

Decide & finalise
If you accept the preview and scope, pay the activation fee. We confirm your essential content by email, then I finalise the site for your approval.

Approve & launch
Pay annual hosting before launch. Once you approve the final site and your domain is ready, I approve and arrange the launch.
No separate build bill for the agreed straightforward website. If you proceed, the first payments total £175: £25 activation plus £150 for your first year’s hosting. These are separate fees; activation is not credited towards hosting. Hosting renews annually at £150. Any new domain cost is discussed separately.
Timing: allow 2–4 weeks after activation payment and essential content approval. Final approval, hosting payment and domain readiness also affect launch. I’ll confirm timing personally.
Is the website really free?
The call and initial preview are free. For the agreed straightforward website, there’s no separate design or build fee. If you proceed, you pay a £25 one-off activation fee to finalise it, then £150 annual hosting before launch. Hosting renews each year, and the activation fee isn’t credited towards it.
What if I don’t like the preview?
You can stop there and pay nothing. The preview gives you something real to consider before accepting the scope or making a payment.
How can you offer this?
I have a library of templates and use AI to speed up the starting point. I then work with you to make the website fit your business. Paid hosting and optional ongoing services help me keep offering this to more business owners.
What do you need from me?
Your business name, services, contact details, useful photos, and any logo or wording you already have. We’ll confirm the essentials together by email. You deal directly with me throughout.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. You keep ownership of your domain, and I arrange the connection when everything is approved and ready. I’ll explain the access I need. If you need a new domain, we’ll agree the options and any separate cost.
How long does it take?
Allow 2–4 weeks after the activation fee is received and essential content is approved. Launch also depends on final website approval, hosting payment and domain readiness. I confirm timing personally; booking a call doesn’t reserve a guaranteed launch date.
What about changes after launch?
One-off updates can be quoted separately. We can also discuss optional ongoing support for what you need. Unlimited edits aren’t included.
